Established in 2004, Youth College is a member of VTC Group which offers an interactive learning environment for youths above Secondary 3. There are 8 sites of Youth College located in Kowloon Bay, Kwai Chung, Pokfulam, Kwai Fong, Tseung Kwan O, Tuen Mun and Tin Shui Wai. Youth College (Tin Shui Wai) is located in South Tin Shui Wai, adjacent to Tin Shing Court and Tin Yiu Estate. It has a total area of 9,900 sq m from the ground floor to 3rd floor of a 8-storey building. The building exterior is painted in light green colour highlighting the vibrant learning atmosphere.
