Established in 2004, Youth College is a member of VTC Group which offers an interactive learning environment for youths above Secondary 3. There are 8 sites of Youth College located in Kowloon Bay, Kwai Chung, Pokfulam, Kwai Fong, Tseung Kwan O, Tuen Mun and Tin Shui Wai. Youth College (Tseung Kwan O) is located near MTR Po Lam Station. It is a 7-storey building furnished with a diversity of modern teaching facilities. There is a garden on the roof top of the building.
