The Pro-Act Training and Development Centre (Precision Engineering) is located on the ground floor, 2nd floor and 6th floor of the VTC Kowloon Bay Complex. It provides training and industry support services in plastics, product, tooling, CAD/CAM/CAE, and precision machining technologies.
