Characteristic
Shine Skills Centre (Tuen Mun) provides vocational training to people with disabilities aged 15 or above. The centre with a functional outlook is situated on a road junction. The centre comprises various blocks of 1 to 4 storeys high, with walkways on the 2nd and 3rd floors connecting the blocks to each other. The open corridors on each floor overlook the basketball court on the ground. The open staircase at the northern end provides the view of Yau Oi public housing estate.
