Po Toi Island, lying to the south of Hong Kong Island, can be reached via kaitos from Aberdeen or Stanley. It is most popular with holiday-makers. The island has a well maintained network of hiking trails. Several vantage points on the island offer breath-taking views across the sea. Places of interest include the Tin Hau Temple, Nam Kok Tsui Lighthouse and some recognisable rock carvings such as the Palm of Buddha, Monk Rock and Tortoise Rock.
